Cheyenne style tobacco bag. Circa 1855–1865.
-This piece is a non-native tribute to the Cheyenne, Nation, faithfully and respectfully recreated in the traditional ways.
Now showing latest Cheyenne style tobacco bag.
Rustically re-created to perfection in traditional ways.
Beginning with the top quality deer hide hand stitched in Sinew. A beautiful bar pattern along the base of the bag, front and back, in a beautiful display of Cheyenne, burgundy, blue, purple, and white seed and pony beads.
Beautifully aged tin cones hang at the bags base, framing the Fringe.
The bag portion of this piece measures roughly 10”x 5”, with a total length of 14”.
