About this Product

-This piece is a non-native tribute to the Lakota Nation, faithfully and respectfully recreated in the traditional ways.

We are pleased to be displaying our latest Lakota style smokable tomahawk! Extremely rugged and lavished in traditional detailing.

Meticulously crafted, beginning with a forged steel blade, aged to authentic appearance.

A strong maple shaft, hand wrapped in dark rawhide.

The handle (back 1/3) of the shaft is covered in a rugged tanned deer hide, hand stitched and finishing out into a beautifully beaded drop tail with fringe.

A traditional bar pattern across the middle in red, yellow and purple, framed in deep purple and white.

Beaded on both sides, and ruggedly aged, giving this piece an impeccable aesthetic and balance.

Thank you for enabling our shop to foster and support Native American heritage through the fine arts.
